Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Return postage is FREE within UK/Europe.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email email@example.com to obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and we shall arrange for your item(s) to be returned.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
We cannot accept earrings due to hygiene reasons. Personalised, made to order or bespoke items are also non-returnable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Exchanges (if applicable)
You will receive an exchange within the same time frame listed on the product.
If your item is defective within one year of purchase, we will endeavour to exchange it or refund you. This is at the discretion of the designer. The item will be inspected to clarify whether the fault is the result of a defect or misuse. If it’s deemed the goods are not a defect (manufacturing fault), they will be returned to you. You will need to contact us to obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) before posting items back to us.
